"Solid selection all in one spot"
I’ve shopped on dtlr.com a couple times and it’s been good overall. They’ve got a nice mix of brands like Nike, Jordan, Adidas, and some other pieces I don’t always notice on other sites. It’s convenient when I’m just looking for sneakers or a hoodie and don’t feel like checking a bunch of different places. Shipping was fine from what I remember, nothing to complain about. I’d probably order from them again.

"Legit Jordans, Shipping Was Just a Bit Slow"
I ordered a pair of Jordans from DTLR VILLA and, umm, I was a little nervous since I’d never bought from their site before. But they showed up in the right box, and everything looked legit to me. The tags, quality, and overall condition all checked out. I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping updates were kind of slow, but the shoes themselves were authentic and clean. I’d probably order from them again.

"Billing was mostly fine in the end"
At first I was relieved to see the main charge was right, but then I got a little thrown off because the tax looked weird. I kind of went from calm to confused quickly, but overall it seems like I was charged correctly.

I could see where my shoes were the whole time, which made the wait a lot less stressful. If you’re ordering, I’d definitely recommend keeping an eye on the tracking updates, they were easy to follow and reassuring.

My order from dtlr went smoothly overall. I got two pairs of shoes and a hoodie, and everything came in the right sizes and colors, so I can’t really complain there. The shipping box was a little banged up, and the tracking didn’t update for about a day, which was kind of annoying, but luckily everything inside was totally fine. I’d give it 4 stars because they got the order right, I just wish the tracking updates were a little better

My order ended up getting canceled twice, which was frustrating. The refund did come back without any issues, so that part was fine, but I really wish they’d keep their stock info updated better. It was also annoying because it felt like the terms or details kept changing along the way, and I didn’t really know what to expect...

DTLR is cool for the most part, but the notifications can be kinda wack sometimes. I’ll get an update way too late or after the item’s already sold out, which is annoying. Other times it works just fine though, so it’s not awful. Just wish the alerts were more on point

"Honestly really happy with them"
I ordered a pair from dtlr.com and, I don’t know, I just had a really good feeling when they showed up. The quality was way better than I was expecting. The shoes felt solid, nothing weird going on with glue or stitching, and even the box looked fine. Overall I’m impressed and would definitely order from them again.

"Rewards are alright, just a little confusing"
I use DTLR rewards and it’s decent overall. I do get points when I buy stuff, but I felt kind of embarrassed having to ask how to actually use them because it wasn’t super clear to me. It’s not a bad program, I just wish things moved a little faster and were easier to understand.

Using my dtlr account was smooth. Logging in took no effort, and my order history showed up right away, which I appreciate because that’s how it should work.
I had to update my address before placing an order, and it saved without any random errors or hassle. I also liked having the tracking info right there in my account instead of digging through emails.
Overall, it’s simple and actually useful. Not flashy, but it does the job well and makes shopping quicker, so I’d say it’s definitely worth having...
